  • Leadership in IDB & credit markets: established arbitrage and financial desks at ICAP and led Financial, SSA & CDS desks at GFI.
  • Head of Business Development: since 2022 at Earlyworld Capital, bringing a deep expertise in fixed income and credit markets.

Tali J Sayers

Compliance and Operations Support

  • Professional Accreditation: member of the International Compliance Association (ICA) with specialised qualification in CDD and financial crime risk.
  • Experience in leading banks: has worked in operation roles at major international banks including Morgan Stanley and BNY Mellon.
  • Global financial insight: holds a postgraduate degree in Banking and International Finance with hands-on experience in global banking operations & efficient financial processes.

Paolo Zonno

Equity Advisory

  • Equity trading and trading operations background: specialising in equity trading, with a particular focus on US Markets, he has 12 years of experience trading equity and multi-assets products for both the buy side in Malta and more recently the sell side in London.
  • Trading operation experience: established and managed the equity and multi-asset trading desk for both a buy side asset manager and for a sell side prime broker. He has operational expertise and strategic insight across the entire trade life cycle.
  • Managed relationships: with both end clients and major financial institutions including Goldman Sach, Bank of America, Citadel, HSBC, Baader Bank, CGS International and other major players in the industry.
  • Equity Advisory: joining Earlyworld Capital in summer 2025, he will expand the Company’s reach establishing the firm’s equity operations strengthening the firm’s already important presence in the fix income space.
